This book follows on from the previous one where Ruby Luna got her first period and followed her up in a diary format for two years while she started secondary school and got to grips with all things period.  In Ruby Luna's Odyssey, her body continues to change and some days she's excited about it and other days it's annoying!  The book provides a guide to dealing with all the feelings about how to navigate your body and relationships as a young person.

Tessa found that a lot of sex ed books pack in as much information as possible and are overwhelming.  This gentle book covers important issues but includes lots of white space and watercolour images about everyday sensations to reduce the emotional charge of the topic.
